Example of NOC letter format and/or recommendation for PRO

DilmunDelight

Hello-

I am in need of a NOC letter for my girlfriend who is here on a flexi-visa living with me in a flat I rented.  The rent is inclusive so we are not able to obtain an EWA bill in our name for subsequent CPR application.  As I understand it, my gf would need an EWA bill, lease, or NOC from our landlord stating she is living at that address in order for her to submit an application for a CPR number/card.

My question is; 1. Does anyone have an example of the verbiage needed for this NOC letter?  Our landlord said they were fine with signing one but we want to make sure the phrasing is correct per what CIO will look for. 2. If an example is not available or you have experience suggesting the use of a document clearing company, can you recommend one to me?  I called the first 4 companies on Google and two answered and only 1 had any clue what I was talking about.

Thanks in advance for your suggestions!

Get a document clearing agency.  I don't particularly recommend one but what you have to tell them is simple:  I want to get a CPR for my girlfriend and then let them suggest how to go about it.  Don't open with this NOC thing as they won't have a clue.

There is no specific format.  Address it to CIO, landlord should put his details i.e. name, CPR number etc.  which should match with what is on the lease agreement and title deed.

Having said all of that, this is a complicated one as:

EWA bill - Inclusive
Lease - It is in your name
NOC - May or may not work as I assume your card is ALREADY on that address and they may not allow someone of the opposite sex to live at an address where they are not related to the other tenant.  Girlfriend is not a recognized relationship here

That's why I said to let the document clearing agency find a way once you engage them for CPR.

Roommate it is then!  I am sure she will love that new title!

I reached out to the two doc clearing companies recommended in a thread from back in the day on this site and will follow your suggestion at letting them figure out the CPR process/paperwork.

Thanks again for your help with this!
