Dependent with Hepatitis b is it required to leave Bahrain?

My wife is Hepatitis B positive person. We had delivery in Bahrain as regular check up and tests, MOH got to know about hepatitis b. Now MOH, chasing us to do ‘re-examination tests for Unfit expatriate’. And we will get UNFIT in it due to Hepatitis B.

My question is, does my wife need to leave Bahrain? Any one faced same situation? Your suggestion will be a great help.
