Good afternoon everyone,

I am  trying to apply for an initial CPR for my wife and baby son (or rather my employers PRO is). However, I rent an inclusive apartment but the contract does not state that the landlord is paying the municipality tax, and my PRO says the application is getting knocked back for this reason.

It appears the landlord  is declaring the property as his own residence in order to get discounted rates.

I have spoken to the landlord and he says he can transfer the EWA and tax into my name. However, this would cause a substantial increase in my monthly payments which I am unwilling to accept, as he never informed me of the situation at the time so I don't see why I should be penalised for it.

My PRO has been pretty useless on this, just says it is mandatory that the contract states that the municipality tax is paid, and has pretty much given up on it. This is especially annoying as I sent him a copy of the draft contract one month  before I signed it for him to check, but it would appear he never bothered to read it.

Anyone have any ideas on how to approach this problem without going through my PRO? Does anyone know of an agent who might be able to help?
