Hi, is it legal for employer to not give you your monthly 2.5 days leave entitlement if you requested an unpaid leave for a month, where you supposed to accumulate still the 2.5 days leave?

I may be wrong but if you worked with the employer for less than 1 year then leave is accumulated based on days worked as well as during paid leave time.聽 Unpaid leave does not lead to accumulation as the annual leave entitlement only comes into force after 1 year of contract (employer accumulation is irrelevant and it is more of an internal policy).
