I am an expat who is living in tehran at the moment. I am looking for a flat. I dont know the areas much. Plus i have 2 pets.

I have a dog (pug) and a cat and they are well trained. i am looking for a flat in a range of (700-1000)$ Furnitured or not.

so u can find flat very easily you know in iran you must pay amount of money at the first in addition of your mountly rate.
what kind of facilities are imrortant for u?
can you speak persian?
