First check the contract you have with your current employer,once the contract is finished then you can search and apply for any job but your visa should be transferable under 18 visa. You may be asked to provide the NOC from the current employer and offer letter for the future employer. After you finish the notice period with your current employer just ask you new employer to send the link to transfer the visa that will be valid for 3 days. Once they accept done.
