In my opinoin With 800 KD you can do the following:

House : 150 to 200 (Alone) but if share 50 to 150 KD.
Food : Max : 100 KD.
Trans: 60 KD
Others : 100 KD

Total : 150+100+50+100 = 400 KD
You Save : 400 KD. You can save more if you cut your expenses.

Well you could find accomodation in al shaab or salmiya is pretty near actually, in salmiya near the gulf road you have a lot of stuff right below ur feet such as sultan ceneter, all the junk food restaurants, marina mall so i guess salmiya would be the perfect place to stay if you dont wanna get a lot of cabs u know
