how about a run instead of a walk?

two groups that have both sports and social gatherings; Q8FootSoldiers (run friday morning at 8am from the fountain near pizza express at marina crescent) and the social runners (run saturday morning at 9am from the same place; meet startbucks marina for a warm up)
