The American School of Kuwait, The American International School, and The Universal American School are your best bets. My advice is to visit all 3 (with your kids) and get a feel of each school and then decide.

those were the ones i heard of when i was in school in kuwait as being the best the american system had to offer; i was at NES, British all the way.

but those 4 are the pinnacle. old and established.
