What do you consider very cheap?

Try Lulu Hypermarket although I would have to say groceries here are anything but cheap... gadgets and supplements are definitely WAY more expensive here too. Good luck!

IMHO, very cheap in Kuwait is indicative of very bad.

Having said that, there are some groceries in Kuwait (in Shuwaikh to be more specific) which sell near expiry items (having shelf life of less than 3 months). London Supermarket, Mira Supermarket and others around the same area sell considerably cheap groceries.

however, cheap items - groceries, gadgets, supplements?? u are aware each is completely different than the next right?

Cheap shouldn't be the proper word to use. You should've stated something like..inexpensive. All retail items sold in Kuwait is regulated by the government. The prices are okay, usually depending on the brand. Best deal would be looking out for promotional sales. Carrefour, City Centre, Gulf Mart, AG Mart and Sultan give good % off during sale.

Well, I have been to quiet few places...Geant 360 Mall, City centre Shuwaikh and Hypermarkets..

not cheapest any thing in kuwait however the police employees super market in south surra is charging minimum profit hence things are 10 percent cheaper to other hyper markets, fruits and vegs are less priced
