there is no need to re-invent the wheel; such social groups already exist and if u look for them u will find the already established groups.

meetup.com & facebook groups off the top of my head.

Hello to everyone, I'm in Kuwait about 3 months, litle borring, have few friends, but all of them are with wifes here and I can meet them very rarely. Looking for new friends to spend my free time with them. I like to walk and seat on the sea side, drink coffe, tea and smoke shesha 馃槉
