Tonight, a MASSIVE golden moon rising over Kuwaiti waters...

Here it is folks! Will be spectacular to see, especially in Kuwait as the moon seems to float on the sea (Persian Gulf).

Lets say you're on SAS's or The Palms' beach looking out over the sea - there you'll see a MASSIVE golden yellow moon rising over the waters. Oh and wait there's more! For a few minutes, with the moon on the one horizon, you'll see the setting sun on the other - equally "big" and bloodred.

Friday and Saturday evenings both should offer great views of the moon over the water as it will be darker then when the moon will "surface"!

Sunrise is 10-15 min late every morning too

Don't know what that haze is. Simple humidity haze or pollution?
Is it the same in other parts of Kuwait?

Haven't seen any other shots

The moon was just too far away for me and I didn't feel like going down to the ocean (prefer not to go there alone in the dark

)

no NicoleB, if you go to the Southern side of Kuwait like聽 Ahmadi area and beyond you can c the moon very clearly

everyday, it's shinin like Pearl inside gloomy ocean...

just catch the camera by both hands, if you can c there's a small rounded button on the top just press that one and then....

Ahmadi is a district and it contains so many areas like: ( Mangaf where you live,Fahaheel,Mahboula and so on...

you can go to Duba'eiya or al'ad'emi 2聽 ...

聽 all what you have to do is just find these 2 areas on KW'S map....聽

ooooh yaah! it's gana take you a round 3476586803465896 hours of searching hehehehe...
