guys whats going on here for fun?

zizo87 welcome on board and hope u have a great time in Kuwait.. and Arabic language can help a lot in Kuwait but a lot of places in Kuwait like restaurants and shops u don't need to use Arabic cuz they all speak english
Thanks guys.

I just looked at my company website and it looks like i will be working in SAFAT. I would appreciate any information on this area for example the cost to rent a 2 bedroom apartment
Welcome to Kuwait Zizo.

I believe Safat is mainly used for PO Box addresses in Kuwait City, but I might be wrong. You might want to call/ask your new company where the actual office is.

Also take a look at a previous post on housing/rent; should be able to answer your question.

Good luck!
did they specify any complex or any tower or any name of the building there,it will be easy to sopt your location and we might be able to provide relevant information on that.
I would be based at the Shuaiba Industrial Area. I was told to check for apartment costs in Mangaf, Fahaheel or Abu Halifa as these 3 areas are situated close to My plant and lot of employees live there?
:offtopic: please concentrate on the initial topic or start a new discussion on the Kuwait forum. Thank you.
Kuwait is cool. I like it. It's pretty chill and I like that. When I want to have fun I go to Doha or Dubai for the weekend. Next month I'm going to Ibiza.
zizo i found few but they are close to 400KD.i want you to check these

/en/classified/mid … angaf.html

These ones are unfurnished i think and its very good priced,

hope it helps
Thanks Ace117 that site is very helpful. I think I will get a one bedroom apt with more options for about 400, Its better then getting a 2 bedroom that is very basic.

sorry Christine I had to thank him, especilly when he went out of his way to help
I can understand why some people find Kuwait boring but you get out what you put in!!

I enjoying chilling by the pool for most of the year, play tennis, golf, field hockey, cricket, squash and any other sports I can fit in.......

Eat out everyday, work is not as hard as in most contries, earn a better salary and have a higher standard of life than in most countries....

Its safe (apart from the driving) but to be fair I quite enjoy the driving as its an experience :o

If you make friends there are always social events, embassy events etc.

And for those who enjoy clubs/bars it is only a short trip to Dubai.

Quit your moaning!! Haha
sureeeeeeeeeeeeee
Hi Angelfarah

Me too quite bored after work and during weekend, being alone.  Want to catch up and do some fun things?  I live near Salmiya too.
Dr. GpB - hats of to you
