why the American and eurubian women's did not trust arabain men's to make relationships and marriage???????

And I think you are generalizing.

At the risk of being flamed and touching a raw nerve; from what I know (and still generalized), the equation of women from that part of the world with Arab/Asian guys doesn't work quite a lot because of the guy's:

1) Inability to treat her as an independent individual
2) Looking down on or judging her culture, subtle or otherwise - assuming she is too easy, not understanding the differences between cultures etc
3) Massive ego and insecurities, demanding respect, possessiveness, not being straightforward and general drama
4) Trying to keep the whole relationship secret - to the extent that it can be mistaken for friends with benefits

Keep in mind that the culture in this part of the world doesn't treat or raise kids of both genders to be "fully" equal and no matter how educated you get; there are times that you will still lapse into societal norms which some people from the west might find endearing and others, completely obnoxious.
