Parcel tracking

Hi I鈥檓 new here on Kuwait, I still didn鈥檛 have civil id.. my mum send me parcel from my origin country this is tracking id Cp01353***id .. should I pickup this parcel or post officer will send to my address?

Hi, it depends on by which courier company the parcel is coming. Many provided door to door service but some case you have to go personally to pick up and in this you can take your original passport with visa copy and it will be fine.

If it is a parcel, you may have to go to Keefan post office with your civil I鈥檇 card along with the tracking number provided by the sender, in your case your mother.

Yess thank you for your information, my mum give the tracking number just I鈥檓 new here didn鈥檛 yet hv civil id 馃う馃徎鈥嶁檧锔忦煒嗮煒� hope copy passport accepted 馃槄

Yes you can try, may be they will accept copy of passport. Also take copy of visa.

If not dn u can ask your company to give u passport for one days thats not a big deal.
