Always that depends on two things:
1- Your annual vacation in the contract.
2- Your company's inside regulations of leave incase of emergency,  then you have to pay for that leave.

Hi Jaydeep,

As per the Ministry of Manpower rules every employee - whether local or expatriate - is entitled to 1-month's paid vacation for every 12-months of continuous employment.

If an employee has completed 6-months of continuous employment then the employee is entitled for  availing 15-days of holiday.

The 2-year ban will be applicable only when you cancel your employment visa and exit the country. Not otherwise.
