Hi ans avk,

Go to your nearest ROP station and complain that your passport is being held by your sponsor.

Also, go to the Indian Embassy and lodge a complaint about the same reason.

Finally, stop posting in capital letters, please.

I'm working聽 in a travel聽 agency聽 now just 3 months here in saham oman .now my family have some problems and I want to go back聽 but my sponsor not allowed聽 to go and not give my passport.聽 What聽 I do sir. ..?help me

Hi ans avk,

(1) You can complain to the ROP, stating that your passport is being withheld against your wishes,

(2) You can complain to the Ministry of Manpower, stating that your passport is being withheld against your wishes,

(3) You can complain to the Indian Embassy, stating that your passport is being withheld against your wishes,
