Step Child Visa

I have one child from my wife's previous married. I need to take her to Oman. But our marriage certificate not mentioned my wife had marriage before. So is it any problem to take my step child to Oman.

Hi Sanjeev1980,

The child's parents' names would be checked and verified against what is mentioned in the child's birth certificate, before the child can be issued with a 'family dependent visa'. So, as you can see, in your case it is quite complicated.
