Visa requirement's for older (61) workshop-Manager Age related ?

Hallo All ,
my name is Claus and i was working in Oman from 2010 to 2017 as a Manager .
the Company i worked聽 for like me to come back to work .
Anybody has experience聽 with age related isus , Im 61 now.

I dont know the age for white collar聽 but I can say about blue collar there retirement age is 60 and once聽 60 age cross insurance聽 company does not allow to renew.聽 That's why compay not聽 able to renew visas.
