Dear Dr. Osman,

Thank you so much for responding to my post. After the interview for the post of Assistant Professor, I received an email regarding my initial shortlisting for the position. They ask for my educational degrees and visa application form. I have sent all required documents on the same day. After that day, I am still waiting for further action from HR.
I wonder what will be the next step?
I will be thankful for any information,

It took me almost 2+ years from the application to starting date. HR is quite busy these days. Ask the HOD you are applying for clarification.

I have had two interviews for assistant professor in SQU, one in Apr and 2nd one in May. After that I have not heard anything so far. Any idea how long they take to give a final answer. Thanks
