I searched in some local publications, as I do remember seeing an ad for a Counsellor handling personal issues and such very recently. Unfortunately couldn't get hold of what I was looking for. If you're in Muscat please do look at the weekly tabloids and I'm sure you'll find it. But as far as I know, there聮s only one of its kind here - at least advertised.

In the latest edition of 'The Week' (Issue 455; Dated, Wednesday, November 30, 2011) the same ad that I had earlier referred to has appeared on page no. 38.
You can also find the ad in The Week聮s online version as well in case you are unable to lay your hands on the printed copy.
They聮ve provided a confidential mobile phone number and offer besides others, Relationship Counselling.
