Sir I want to know about noc. I want to switch my Job in other company but my sponcer asking for money. My ID card also expired since last month. What should I do

Hello if you want to join in any other company you need NOC , because still the new rule has not been implemented rop is asking noc. Better check with your sponsor if he is ready to reduce some amount and if your able to give him money then Better take the noc.
According to the rules sponsor cannot ask money for noc but again it is there wish to give noc or not no one can force the employer for noc.
This is what i know.
