horizon is not at all expensive (120 rials) and sometimes they make promotions...they have women timings [Moderated]
anyway, it's not the perfect gym, but they have many branches...the best is al ozaiba branch (accordin 2 my personal opinion) but u can join the qurum branch which is just a few meters away from city center...btw, the ozaiba region has another branch also dedicated only 4 ladies i guess...

i agree horizon is better one there is hummer gym but i prefer to join horizon coze so many branches like what he said and not that much expensive.

you have Future Gym at Shatti al Qurm (opposite to the Shatti cinemma). It is really well equipped and has separate lady only gym. 3 months membership is 66 rial/

yeah, still, horizon is only 120 for a year....besides, it has many branches (whenever u feel like changin locations or have ur friends goin 2 any other branch than the 1 u usually go 2)...besides, bein the newest among the other gyms (hummer and future), i guess even the equipment is newer (unless it's worn out bcoz of the bad use of some members

)

I dont know any in Qurum, but there are 2 really good ones in Azaiba. Horizon fitness. One in MQ- its above the KFC- not too sure what its called.

Hi..If you want Only lady gym with swimming pool which we can suggest you in Haffa Hotel Ruwi they have exclusive women Gym with swimming pool ...

anyone up for walking/running in qurum area. tried gym it doesnt work for me. prefer jogging brisk walking.

Horizon is good as equipped聽 GM , but they do not respect their customers at all,聽 that's why I stopped renewing with them
