GAMCA Test- Not able to clear due to fluctuating Bilirubin

My bilirubin is fluctuating from 1.3 to 2.1 due to which i am not able to clear GAMCA Test.

Show to doctors in India and they are saying no issue you are medically fit to work it is just because of fatty liver. Hepatitis B,C E all are coming negative.

Just because of Bilirubin i am not able to clear test.

Please suggested whether it is possible to come on tourist visa to MUSCAT & get the test done there
