Hi i have spent about a month actually working here in Qatar am an engineer but for the past couple of days have been so bored(since i was on rest),dont know where to go to and how to find my way around...i need new friends

Jump in any Karwa taxi and head out and about!

I suggest Souq Waqif or the Corniche - you could end up at the Four Seasons hotel for drinks/meal. Otherwise you could head for one of the shopping centres and take in a movie.
