Visa CANCELED

I gave medical test here in Chennai. QVC called me for retest and i was referred for CT Scan in private hospital聽 after submitting the reports which was mention (fit for work employment)聽 they canceled my VISA. what is the next step?

@Wilson Even the employer don't have any idea why they cancelled the visa . They said to check with QVC chennai. I'm confused whom to followup with. And i have all the medical report.
