in Shariaa, Muslim聽 can marry聽 Muslim or christian or Jewish聽 all with same process

normal process ,聽 and this process is for all foreigners

first step
make application in family court in al sadd,

second
in case this is the first marriage
u need to have non-married certificate first (single certificate) from your embassy ,

in case u r divorced, you have to get divorce certificate and you you are not married certificate,聽 from your embassy

third
medical test from hospital

fourth
in case this is the first marriage
your guardian, or attorney letter聽 that you can marry your self, in case your father is dead then death certificate and your brother or uncle attorney letter, or what proves that you don't have any relative and u own your matter,

fifth, translate all documents to arabic and attested from MOF and your embassy

last,
go to court with all documents and 2 witnesses
and congratulations
