Need advice for seeing a therapist in Doha

Hello all

I'm looking for advice for my best friend. She needs to see a therapist/psychologist but has said that she can't in Qatar as she would lose her job, working with children. Is it illegal to see a therapist with her job? If it's not illegal, is it likely that she would be fired for a made up reason due to stigma? And lastly is it mandatory that her employer be told? I'm desperate to help her and can't find the answers to these questions. Thank you 馃槉
