The second hand market is quite high nowadays with vehicles such as Yaris that are 3-4 years old going for around 25k.

You'll need to triple check if you are being offered vehicles below 10k.

Expatriates.com does provide you with a lot of second hand car options, then its basically going to the yards in each city, liking a car, taking it for a computer test and then deciding to purchase or not

Else, you could also try the pre-owned section of the major car dealerships for good offers

Be very careful with cheap second hand cars in Saudi.聽 In all probability, they have suffered a major accident or have been badly maintained (transmission or engine about to give out)............and hence they are trying to flip them quick.

Whenever something is out of market price, there is something fishy.聽 take this car to computer checking & get it thoroughly check before buying, it cost around 150-200, but you save a big amount.
