Resigning from the company.

azrulgolden

Dear admin, let's say I want to resign from the company and the company that I am joining is outside of KSA, but the Iqama is still valid for a couple of months.  Let's say that I was sent out from Saudi for the other job in another country. Do I need to enter back the KSA, or I can straight resign, and no need for me to enter KSA?

Well you can do that if you don't want to work in KSA again.

Two things can happen:

1) No return on exit re-entry leads to automatic 3 year ban in KSA

2) If your employer marks you as Huroob (and it would be justified), practically lifetime ban

@XTang Thank you brother for your feedback. appreciate that. Actually, I got the offer at my country, if banned for 3 years it ok, but if for life, I need to think about that.
