Final exit

Brother I have a contract for 2 years and I have finished almost 14 months so remaining 10 months will be the balance.Can I go for final exit now legally. Will they can ask my remaining period of salary is it legally accepted? Kindly advise how to proceed. Since I don't want continue with my current organization. Please help me out. Thanks in advance.

@murugeshssekar聽聽hi finish 9 months and then go聽 if not emergency聽 or getting good job ,

Otherwise U have to proceed for resignation聽 and hear the organisation remarks if agreeable then act otherwise legal proceedings follow which is big headache.

Get advice further from your close ones and seniors

@Aban riyaz wallahi thanks for your reply.I couldnt able to continue with this company since聽 physically as well as mentally I couldn't resist more. Although I got new offers also but if they give final exit also I'm very happy about it.

So is there any chance of getting it or else I need to pay my remaining period of my basic to the company.

Please advice.
