Moving Car from UAE to Saudi

I am a UAE resident and about to go on a one-year contractual role to Riyadh KSA on Iqama residence. I will have both KSA and UAE residency for a year.


I have UAE driving license, I dont want to export my car to KSA but take it there to use it and bring it back in a year.


I saw the rules that we can't keep the UAE registered car for more than 3 months in a year. I want to know if this is applicable for each stay ? I can exit and re-enter via Bahrain/UAE every three months if that is possible to keep my car or is there any other way?
