Clarification regarding SCE Registration

I completed all academic requirements for my bachelor鈥檚 degree in Civil Engineering on August 31, 2019, as per my university records and also mentioned on my transcript. However, due to procedural delays, the degree certificate was officially issued on November 2021, and this date is mentioned on the degree certificate.

I would like to confirm whether the five-year experience requirement will be calculated from the academic completion date (August 2019) or from the degree issuance date (November 2021).

It is base from the degree issuance date (November 2021).
