Hi Everyone,

I took a rental car at khobar under my iqama for 2 weeks. I used this car to go umrah with 2 of my family members. I am the only one who was driving. When i go from makkah to madinah, the police officer at check point stopped our car. He took a picture of car, my iqama and licence, and my family members visa as well. He did not notify us anything about the violation. He let us go. After 4 hours, I received a message that i have violation of SAR 375. The violation description is "Use of the vehicle for the purposes other than those it was licensed".

I am confused why is this violation for? Can i dispute this?

UPDATE

Hi All,

I disputed on Absher and waited for authorities reply for 3 days. Since i did not get any reply, I paid my fine on 4th day.

Luckily my dispute was accepted on 5th day and my fine was canceled. My amount credited back to me within 7 days.
