Hi

I have signed a one year contract with Education Experts, but have only been given a three month visa . Does this mean I will have to go back to the UK and ask for another one ?

Noooooooo !!

You will have to travel within that period and your Permanent resident permit IQAMA will be processed during the same period.

Thanks - by travel you mean a little trip to Dubai for example ?

Initial visa is stamped for 3 months (90 days). You have to travel to Saudia during this time. Once in Saudia Iqamma (resident permit) will be arranged by your sponsor/employer and that is normally for one year which can be extended annually by your employer.
