You do need the iqama number to get the money back. Try different 'statement of account' report formats available in your account. I guess one such report must have that number somewhere.

Mine is Rajhi and the reference number has it: "I -/005-2xxxxxxxx0-1204633783 MPOUD2X1"

5- Enter Iqama ID
6- Proceed and complete the transaction.

The money will come back to your account in 24 hours at max. Please note that the money will be returned ONLY to the account that was used to pay the amount.
