Iqama Trasnfer 2 yrs rule

* Iqama transfer rule of 1yr or 2 yrs is not applied on Green/Excellent category companies.
These companies can simply transfer through online system provided by Labor office regardless of the period spent with the sponsor and no bounds on profession (except of professions of individual sponsor).
I work in HR and i have recently seen live cases.
Employees willing to transfer in Green category company can verify this through their Admin/HR.
Would like people to share their success stories in the forum once their transfer is done.

Akhee, could you please answer the query of brother for both scenarios(if kafeel issued aqama, and if iqama wasn't issued by kafeel). It would be beneficial for me too.

Brother,, Yeah My sponsor issued the iqama to me.. Its in my hand..聽

I heard that I cannot transfer sponsorship during probation period.

Dear Ehtesham,

I transferred my IQAMA 3 months back to a company which is now in Platinum category.

I got a better offer in another company which is also in Platinum category.

I have the following queries, kindly advice:

1. Can I transfer my IQAMA to the new company (2 years transfer period is not completed)

2. If I can transfer, the relaxation for IQAMA transfer rule is temporary until the King's given grace period OR the IQAMA transfer rule has been changed forever?

As said in your posts, kindly forward me the supporting document regarding the IQAMA transfer before 2 years.
