Process to transfer runaway maid to ones Iqma

I have a maid who has her own passport and has left her sponsor 5 years ago and now I want to transfer her to my Iqma. I am authorized to hire a maid on my Iqma.

What's the process ?聽 Cost ?

Is there any agency who can do this sevice next to passport office on king fahad road ? Any experience ?
