this is an inquiry to know the following, I have an expired driving license聽 for 7 years or so; I need to know
is there any penalty fee for an expired driving license? if so, how much would be the charge per year?
what are the requirement to process the renewal of expired driver's license? please let me know. appreciate your comment on this query.

Renew Private Driving License or Damage/Loss Replacement (Saudis 聳 Non-Saudis)

Requirements to renew Private Driving License or Issue Damaged or Lost Driving License Replacement (Saudis- Non-Saudis):
聲Fill-in the specified form completely.
聲Provide the original Driving License to be renewed.
聲Provide two photos, size (4X6) cm.
聲Provide a copy of Civil Affairs ID (Saudis.)
聲Pay the required fees.
聲Provide a file to save documents.
聲Provide an identification letter (Non-Saudis.)
聲Provide a copy of Resident Permit (Iqama) and passport (Non-Saudis.)
聲Provide the damaged license in case of a Damage Replacement request.
聲Provide a police report in case of a stolen license.
聲Publish in local newspaper in case of a lost license.
聲Provide a Civil Defense report in case of a burned license.
License Fees

License Type =Private

Issuing fees 75

Renewing Fees 75

Delaying Fines (<1 year) 100

Delaying Fines (1 to 2 years) 200

Delaying Fines (>2 years) 300 Total to pay = 75+75+300 = SR 450
