Last year cost was 7000 to 8000 from khobar.

I have no concrete info on cheaper one (it was probably 3K last year). Proper packages were around 5k/7K per person from Riyadh. Fingers crossed.

Normally during Hajj u concentrate on hajj instead of taking pics, their primary mode was arabic thus they wont b suitable for u

The website of local haj is locallowfare.haj.gov.sa. Registration is stated since today 1 st September
