Family visa for Electronic Technician

Dear guru
well i am aware of basic things that technician is eligible to get the family visa etc. i want to know only one thing that my profession is Electronic Technician and i have Electronic Engineering Degree attested from all. Will i get family visa easily on the basis of my degree?

Legally NO..
But it depends on your Luck if the officer will not look in the deep like your profession is related to Diploma Holder while your Degree is Engineering than you can get otherwise its difficult.
you can change your profession if it is attested completely.
