sabb credit card didnt pay for 5 years i want to apply for loan with my bank samba any idea it will be approve or what by the way i have standing loan in samba if i will pay it all up and make a new loan is it possible even i have default credit card pls advice thanks

Hi AMFUFU

If they put you on Semah ( An agency responsible about bad debt ), then no one will give you loan unless your name removed which is very difficult to do.

how to know if im blacklisted from simah i printed my simah report and didnt see any word that says im blacklisted only default payments pls advice thanks

Don't look for the word 'blacklisted'.

The SIMAH statement is there to provide sufficient information about your lending and settlement history. If any bank wants to give you a loan, they don't want to see if you are blacklisted or not. They want to see how good were you in your previous payments.

About clearance of name, I have seen people trying to do so for the last 6-7 years.
