Autism centers in Alahsa/hofuf

Hello ,I have a 4year old boy with mild autism and severe speech delay(does not speak at all).He is other wise intelligent.
Kindly suggest treatment center in Alahsa /hofuf .Till now I know only one center which offers treatment solely in arabic.thanks.

Dear ,

I have my child of 4 years and struggling to get right place for proper diagnosis and treatment.visited almosa hospital but doctors and environment is just to make money rather than proper treatment and better care...
