Hi Ms. Rowena, I am also having the same problem. Did you already have your eligibility number for Data Flow (for Saudi Council)? Since the agency I am currently committed ask me to start the Data Flow verification of my COE. Can you please help me? Thanks so much! God bless!

Hi Its my first time to work here in KSA.聽 I need to do my data flow. How can I get eligibility number in Mumaris? I saw two options, applying inside or outside KSA. I chose inside KSA since Im already here, but it asked for Iqama number which I dont have yet. What should I do?

Hello miss, I鈥檓 having the same problem as you are.聽 I already have a mumaris account and the only option there is card renewal and extension, there is no option to request for eligibility number. I need an eligibility number for dataflow of my certificate of employment. Can you help me?

Under Classification and Registration Services (Registration Card Renewal,聽 Registration Card Extension,聽 Other Services after Classification) are only available. I saw on other blogs and images different options on their dashboard,I don't if there is something to do with because I already have nurse tech license and it was already expired since 2013.

I don't know what should I do next because for now what I only need is to have eligibility number so that I can process my data flow. I heard also that all nurses must be nurse specialist license as required by Saudi Council, I was also expecting that through having mumaris account I can ask for eligibility if ever I will take exam for nurse specialist, but sadly I can't find options to request fot eligibility number for exam.

Hi po. I actually have the same problem with my mumaris account. I also have an expired Saudi Council and need to renew it but there is no option for issuing of eligibility number in my account. I don't know if all those who have mumaris account who already have Saudi council are like this? Did you already solved your problem?, I would gladly appreciate if you could help.

This is a very common problem for all those medical practitioners who have been registered before with Saudi Commision of Health Specialties (SCHS) after having their DataFlow done previously. Now, these doctors are being asked to produce a certificate of DataFlow verification for re-registration, while the last time they just said that it is verified and sent to the SCHS and no actual certificate was given.

HOW TO GET YOUR PREVIOUS DATA FLOW VERIFICATION CERTIFICATE?

Follow these steps

1. Log in to your e-mail account (or if the e-mail was different when you did Data Flow verification, log into that one).

2. On the TOP left-hand corner of your e-mail page put in the "Search Mail and People" - your search item DataFlow.

3. This will open any communication from DataFlow in your past e-mails.

4. Select the last one informing you that your DataFlow verification is complete.

5. Flow the steps how you get your DataFlow verification certificate. Make sure you put the passport number that was given for this purpose (a new passport may have one number more i.e last digit 32 instead of past passport with the last digit - 31.

Hope this will save money, time, and anxiety for so many of expatriate doctors.

Mumaris system is not very user-friendly. That is why there are a lot of delays and problems for the registration of medical health professionals. Hope it will gradually be made more smart and user-friendly.

Hi Farrah!

If you still have the copy of your DATAFLOW RESULTS BEFORE you can just scan those papers and upload it in your Mumaris Account when you renew your license.. That's what we do before when we renewed our license.

Hi there! I already received my Data Flow PSV report last week and the result was positive. However, according to my agency, the employer needs also to see my health license and certificate of employment to be verified (HEALTH LICENSE DETAILS SECTION). Even though, I am sure that I uploaded my philippine license. My problem is I can't add any documents. I can't click the button "ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS" when I logged in to my data flow account. What can I do? Do I need to apply for new eligibility number? I actually tried it but the mumaris can't accept it because maybe of same details like my passport number even though I used a different email address and contact number because after I put all my details, it says that "CREDENTIAL NUMBER IS USED BY ANOTHER E-ACCOUNT". And I can't have my visa because of this? Can I just finish this when I'm in Saudi Arabia and process it personally at Saudi Council and at HR department of the hospital? What is your suggestion for this? What can I do to fix this? This is the only thing I need in order for me to have my visa. Please help. Thank you.
