I need to get transfer in my new company but the (new company) HR聽 is saying there is no company database of my current company on the MOL website to send online transfer request.

I'm really in a difficult situation right now, does anybody have any advice that can help me?

You did not mention contacting your previous employer to check why MOL is giving that message. So i will go ahead and say contact them, reach out to them anyhow and let them know your situation. They are the very best in helping you in this case.

I've already contacted my current sponsor and he said that he will fix the online transfer issue but it's been over 2-3 weeks and聽 still the problem is unfixed.
I've been calling him every week to tell him to fix this issue fast, because my new company can't wait this long.
I don't understand why my current sponsor company isn't showing in MOL, and I asked him directly to tell me the problem, but my sponsor is not saying the whole thing. I don't know what to do.
