i was issued an exit/re-entry visa yesterday but i am scheduled to travel in 3 weeks time. please when will the validity start counting in Saudi arabia? the date of issue or the date i leave the country??

You haven't given any details whatsoever i.e. multiple or single visa.

However, look at the visa, it will show you clearly what date you need to exit before and how long is it valid for.聽

You can also check it in Absher and the date shown first will be the date you would need to exit before. Once you have done the exit, the date will change to the expiry date of the visa i.e. before which date you need to be back.
