Transfer with new sponsor

Hi Sir
I was working with a company and due to 6 months didn't pay the salary, I put a case against the company. Company proceeded my final exit. Now my iqama and final exit both expired and I have won the case too.
I want take transfer in other company, please guide me how can i take transfer in other company.

What about final exit? When my sponsor making a request for transfer, it shows objection that person has final exit.
