It will be a change of profession request ,聽 jawazat will not update it.

Your degrees need to be attested in any case for authenticity either if you are an engineer or technician.
Normally people upload attested degrees in SCE to be in safer side for permanent membership.
Under temporary membership SCE accept unattested degrees but after attestation you need to reupload them.
Jawazt will accept SCE certificate for profession change ,in depth verification of certificates back and front I don't know if they are concerned with that.They depend on SCE for verification.
