Rent a Car filed a case against me and court blocked my Banking system

Dears,

I had taken the rent car, and the car met with an accident, rent car person was following with the morror. unfortunately insurance didn't get claimed so he made invoice against me and filed a case against me in the court, i received the message from court stating payment for invoice has to be done and now my banking system is blocked.

i doesn't know how can a court take any kind of action without my consent.

could anyone help me on this please.

You may please approach your Rent a Car company, try to settle it mutually.

I think you need to be clear on a few points:

1) Court does not need your "consent".聽聽 When a case is filed against you, you get a notification in your Absher.聽 If you didn't see it and didn't attend, a decision will be taken in your absence
2) Settle the issue with the rent-a-car agency.聽 That is the only way to get your bank account unblocked.

people get transferred from one sponsor to another without their own 'consent' until recently changes are introduced.
