Public Query Available Funds in Absher

Hello

I have paid the dependant fee for my wife in Dec last year. Now I am trying to pay for my son. The system in the bank shows that I have available funds of a certain amount. What does that mean? I logged in to Absher and in the public query field, it shows available funds of about 5000 in the category of passport deposit..Is that the dependant fee that I paid or some previously accumulated funds?
